I am a 15 year "Emerald Master" Medallion member which means I am consistently in the top 10% of all Real Estate agents throughout the Fraser Valley. With my knowledge and experience it has enabled me to specialize in expired listings. I am able to list homes that have been on the market with other agents that did not sell, and in turn professionally market and sell them.
